Notice of available funding for youth workforce development programs to operate under the provisions of Title I of the Federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. The Land of Lincoln Workforce Alliance is soliciting proposals for programs that serve eligible out-of-school youth. Funding period is November 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 with an option to renew. Annual funding awarded for youth programs is projected to be between $200,000 and $300,000.
