LLWA works to build a strong workforce development system by planning, coordinating, collaborating, and aligning workforce initiatives with businesses, partners, and community stakeholders at the local, regional, and state level to ensure a skilled and productive workforce. OJT stands for On-The-Job Training. On-the-Job Training is a “hire-first” program. Eligible employers agree to hire, train, and retain the individual upon successful completion of the training program. Some quick facts about the program are:
