Business Grants for Employee Training
The purpose of the Business Grants for Employee Training Program is to provide resources for employers to train currently employed workers in an effort to keep businesses and workers competitive.
On-The-Job Training
Employers who find job seekers that may not have all of the experience or skill necessary to perform the job duties, but who could become job ready with additional training, may be able to receive financial assistance for training.

RFP for WIOA Title I Out-of-School Youth Programs PY 26

The Land of Lincoln Workforce Alliance is soliciting proposals for programs that serve eligible out-of-school youth. The funding period will be June 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 with an option to renew for 1 year based on performance. Proposals are due by 4:00 p.m. on February 13th, 2026.
